Hint
A short description of the image, usually used as hint tag for links, i.e. showing the hint when the mouse cursor stays
over the link. Scheme tag is <!-HINT->. Some templates use the "hint" as description for the thumbnails and the "description" (see below)
as description in the image HTML file.
Description
A description of the image. The scheme tag is <!-DESCRIPTION->
Options in the file menu
The file menu offers the possibility of saving images in sets that can be edited later. Also, you can capture new images from the screen or copy them from the clipboard.
Advanced image options
If you check the box "show advanced image options", additional options will be displayed. Usually, you won't need them. However, advanced users may need them.
-
"no image": Instead of the thumbnail with its thumbnail scheme, the image discription is added to the gallery. This makes it possible to use images as dummies. Example: The thumbnails are presented in a table with 3 rows and 4 columns. The first column shall contain a headline for the thumbnails displayed in the other columns of the row. This can be done with this option. The images number 1, 5, 9,.. have to be dummy images with the "no images" option selected and the HTML code for the headline as description.
-
"use other link": Instead of linking to the image or the image HTML file, the link in the text field next to this option is used. If the text field is empty, then no link is created. Example: You can use this to create a gallery that has links to other "sub"-galleries. More on working with multiple galleries.
